Chocolate has always held a special place at Relais Bernard Loiseau. In fact, Bernard Loiseau was the first three-star chef to have his own in-house chocolate workshop, allowing him to offer guests chocolates that are rich in flavor yet low in sugar.
Loiseau has also developed its own couverture chocolate, giving it a truly distinctive flavor profile. Our recipe is made with carefully selected ingredients, such as cacao beans from Brazil and the island of Grenada, brown sugar, and Tahitian vanilla.
